A New Gallery Space For Rent
SIDETRACK
We are pleased to announce the opening of SIDETRACK in the Steinfeld Warehouse, a new, fresh gallery space for local artists to showcase their work, have meetings and conduct classes.
Rates and rules are set forth below. If you are interested in renting SIDETRACK, please fill out the Rental Inquiry Form and we'll get back to you promptly.

SIDETRACK Specs:
330 sq feet;
White wall is 21' 9" wide x 10' high;
Brick wall is 7' 9" wide x 8' high;
Hanging rails installed on both white wall and brick;
Access to kitchen and smaller restrooms, both newly painted;
Dining table w/extenders available;
4 reupholstered chairs;
Folding chairs available for meetings, classes;
Moveable white wall can be added for more hanging space
Introductory Rates & Rules
Through September 2024, $80 for the first day, $20 each day thereafter;
Beginning October 1, 2024, the rates increase to $100 for the first day, $25 each day thereafter;
$50 nonrefundable deposit to be applied to rent;
$50 refundable security deposit;
If other artists are going to join you in the space, each artist also pays $25 for each day rented;
Artists handle their own sales, no commission
taken by the gallery;
Artists or a representative must be present on the days rented;
Alcohol can only be served if artists obtain a liquor liability policy;
Artists handle their own marketing; Steinfeld Gallery will also post SIDETRACK events on its website, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
